Frequent Buyer

Many of the Brands we carry offer a Frequent Buyer Program.

At Farm To Paw, we are happy to be part of Astro Loyalty.  Astro tracks your frequent buyer, and allows you to see from your online account how close you are to a "FREE" item.

If you are redeeming your FREE item through an online order, please be sure to follow these steps.

1.  Place your order for your PAID items

2. Go to your CART and Proceed to Check-out

3.  Once on the Check-Out screen, there will be a place to put a note - in this section, please indicate that you would like to redeem your Frequent Buyer, the Brand and Protein.  We will process the Frequent Buyer redemption on our end.

Should you try and process the Frequent Buyer Redemption online, the system will unfortunately charge you tax on the Free item.  This is unfortunately how the United States operates, and we are unable to change this in our US based system.  

How do you check the status of your Frequent Buyer?

When you sign into your online account, on the upper tool bar, click the down arrow beside your name.  Select Frequent Buyer Cards, here it will list all the Brands you have open Frequent Buyer Cards on, and tell you how many you have purchased, and how far away you are from a free one.
